Tapered Locking Bushing Intake Fields
Provide the marking and manufacturer if known. If you do not have an identified part, describe the bushing and the components that will remain installed. Preserve the source unit and the exact marking rather than rounding dimensions to a nearby catalog size.
| Information | What to provide |
|---|---|
| Manufacturer and part number | The full bushing marking and manufacturer or brand, including suffixes. |
| Interface family and size | Taper-Lock, QD or Split-Taper, and the family-specific size designation. A size code is meaningful within its family. |
| Bore and units | Shaft or finished bushing bore diameter, including mm, inch or the published fraction. |
| Bore condition | Whether the bushing is supplied with a finished bore, a pilot bore, a reborable blank or another stated condition. |
| Shaft interface | Keyed, unkeyed or splined as applicable; include known keyway dimensions and shallow-key requirements. |
| Retained hub | The existing sheave, sprocket or hub and any manufacturer-specified bushing family and size it accepts. |
| Installation and service | Known hardware, mounting orientation, clearance, torque, environment or other mandatory application requirements. |
A host component’s compatibility marking can help describe the required bushing interface; it is not itself a replacement bushing. Unknown values should stay unknown. A partial description can produce a discovery search, but missing fit information may need confirmation before a candidate can be selected.
