reason_codes	Machine-readable tags.
highlights	Display messages and severity.

missing_info	Missing fields and next required inputs.
evidence	Evidence coverage and matched/conflicting signals.
gate_report	Passed and failed gate information.
upgrade_reason	Upgrade explanation when class is UPGRADE_SUGGESTION.

Summary fields to surface:
